Information and illustration disclaimer
The purpose and limits of the categories and examples shown here.
1. Purpose and identity
Formsteel presents steel tubes and metal profiles on this website. The operator is Formsteel, identified at AV REDENTORA, 164, CIDADE INDUSTRIAL SATELITE DE SAO PAULO, GUARULHOS - SP, 07231-170, Brazil. The public pages explain categories or original studies and help visitors frame an enquiry. They do not constitute an accepted quotation, technical approval, shopping order or commission. Contact [email protected] if a statement needs clarification before you rely on it. The Terms, Privacy policy and Cancellation and refund policy provide related information about using these pages.
2. Geometry is illustrative
The original round, rectangular and open-section diagrams illustrate differences in geometry. They are not a stock list, dimensional drawing or scale model. Line thickness and apparent proportions in the artwork must not be used to derive a wall thickness or tolerance. No particular steel grade, finish or manufacturing process is assigned by the image. Ask about the actual required item and supporting documents before relying on any description for procurement.
3. Technical selection
Material suitability depends on the actual specification and application. Corrosion conditions, loads, joining, temperature, finish and relevant standards can change what is appropriate. General notes are a way to organise a discussion, not engineering approval or a certification claim. They do not substitute for an authorised designer’s calculations, project requirements or the documentation agreed for a supply. No capacity or test result is implied by the public illustrations.
4. Commercial information
A material family on a page is not a confirmed available item, delivery commitment or price quotation. This site does not invent stock, customers, installed projects or manufacturing capacity. If a proposal is supplied later, verify its specification, quantity, currency and other conditions. The relevant accepted documentation governs the actual supply together with mandatory rights. A page revision does not silently revise an existing order.
5. Drawings and third-party responsibilities
Customer drawings, standards and other supplied references can have separate ownership and restrictions. Their use for a quotation does not authorise publication. No affiliation, endorsement or certification body relationship is implied by a generic cross-section. A separate inspector, carrier or other provider has responsibilities determined by its actual role and agreement, not merely by its involvement in a possible order.
6. Document relationship and corrections
Specific commitments belong in a relevant accepted agreement and must be considered alongside mandatory rights. No disclaimer here excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Website delivery and email services can fail or change; a draft is not confirmation that a recipient has read a message. If you notice an inaccurate statement or rights concern, identify the URL and explain the issue through the Contact route. Preserve the context of any transaction or brief when asking for a correction.
