Terms of use
Using the pages and discussing a separate commercial arrangement.
1. Manufacturer and publication
Formsteel, identified at AV REDENTORA, 164, CIDADE INDUSTRIAL SATELITE DE SAO PAULO, GUARULHOS - SP, 07231-170, Brazil, presents Formsteel’s tube and metal-profile activity. The pages introduce material families and practical specification questions. They are not an engineering design approval, production booking or contractual specification. Contact [email protected] to discuss a requirement. The commercial identity in the footer identifies the operator; schematic cross-sections are explanatory artwork rather than evidence of a particular stocked item, certified production line or delivered project.
2. Tube and profile descriptions
Round and shaped sections differ in geometry, while material grade, wall thickness, dimensions, finish and tolerance influence suitability for an application. The category pages explain these variables without assigning a complete specification to an item for sale. A visitor should state the requirements that matter to the intended use. No grade range, capacity, certification, dimensional tolerance or availability is established by the diagram. Confirm the actual specification in the relevant quotation and accepted technical documentation.
3. Application and technical responsibility
The intended application helps frame a discussion but does not itself establish suitability. A designer, engineer or other responsible participant may need to assess loads, corrosion conditions, joining, cleaning and applicable standards. Website explanations cannot make that assessment for a specific installation. Identify required standards and supporting documents explicitly when seeking a quotation. Manufacturing supply and application approval are separate questions, and responsibilities for validation should be agreed before relying on a section in a safety-related assembly.
4. Quotations and orders
A message can start a quotation discussion; it does not create an accepted purchase order. A usable proposal should identify the material, dimensions, quantities, tolerances where agreed, finish, documentation and delivery requirements. Prices, currency, taxes, freight and payment instructions need confirmation in that proposal. The website publishes no invented standard price. Any order acceptance, change procedure and production schedule should be established in the actual communication, with a clear link to the specification revision being accepted.
5. Drawings and approvals
Supply drawing references and revision identifiers carefully. If a drawing contains conflicting dimensions or incomplete finish requirements, seek clarification before treating a proposal as final. You should have permission to share customer drawings or proprietary information. The website provides no file-upload tool and cannot establish a secure drawing-exchange arrangement by itself. Confirm the channel and authorised recipients before transferring sensitive files. Responsibility for interpreting requirements and approving changes belongs in the agreement, not in assumptions based on an illustration.
6. Delivery and inspection
No universal lead time, shipping area or stock commitment is made on these pages. For an actual order, agree packaging, delivery, inspection documentation and any acceptance process appropriate to the supply. A dimensional schematic is not an inspection certificate. Keep the order reference and supporting correspondence if raising a discrepancy. Site descriptions cannot replace the terms of an accepted order or remove mandatory remedies. Inspect and report a concern through the agreed commercial channel using the relevant item and specification references.
7. Rights in material
The local cross-section illustrations explain geometry and are not downloadable production drawings or a licence to reproduce the whole website. Third-party specifications and customer drawings retain their own ownership and restrictions. Supplying a reference for quotation does not automatically grant permission to publish it as a project example. Agree any intended use of supplied artwork, specifications or marks separately. A familiar geometric shape does not establish a connection with a particular manufacturer, customer or certifying organisation.
8. Website conduct
Use public navigation for its intended purpose. Do not impersonate a customer or representative, interfere with access, attempt to reach private systems or provide material you have no right to disclose. Normal browsing and a project enquiry are welcome uses; they do not grant unrestricted reproduction rights in the page artwork. If a link or control appears to behave unexpectedly, explain the relevant URL and issue through the Contact route, without sending passwords or private third-party records.
9. The draft tool
The enquiry form prepares a browser preview and can open an email application. It does not send from a server, reserve availability, collect payment or confirm acceptance. You remain responsible for checking the recipient and contents before sending from your own service. Technical failure, a closed email application or an unsent draft may prevent contact. A visible preview is therefore not a receipt, order confirmation or commitment to a deadline. Keep separately agreed commercial communications for reference.
10. Other systems and access
Network, hosting, browser and email services have their own operation and conditions. Page availability can change or be interrupted. The site cannot promise uninterrupted access or successful delivery through every email configuration. External provider fees and services are not automatically included in an enquiry. If a later transaction relies on a separate service, confirm its provider and responsibility before accepting its terms or paying it. English copy does not establish a business address in a different country.
11. Questions, changes and mandatory rights
These terms describe the current public website. Updates to it do not silently replace a separate accepted agreement. No provision removes rights, obligations or remedies that applicable law prevents the parties from excluding. Read the Privacy policy for the data workflow and the Cancellation and refund policy for questions about a later paid arrangement. To clarify a statement, prepare an email to [email protected] identifying the page and the issue before relying on it in a transaction.
